Great place to stay, very cute and homely vibe and the host was great to work with
We stayed at Valentine’s house in Clarkson so we could be near our son and grandchildren. It was very clean and tidy and we LOVED the air conditioning, I think it was 35C when we landed in Perth! The kitchen was fully stocked with crockery and pots and pans etc, which was great because we were able to cook meals for the family. We’d definitely stay there again if it was available.

I had such a lovely stay at this property. The home was spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out to me was the peaceful setting—tucked away in a quiet part of Clarkson, but still just minutes from the train station and close to all the local shops and amenities. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made exploring Perth really stress-free. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the space. I especially appreciated the small touches—plenty of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy setup that made it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a little calm during their trip!
Stayed there for the Supercars weekend. Walkable distance to train station, 5 minutes drive to the shopping centre. Convenient location.

Valentine has a beautiful home, you literally walk in & have everything you need! It was one of the best air bnb stays I’ve had. Valentine is an excellent host and responded well within specified time frames. The property was clean and access was easy and had every convenience we required plus more. Will definitely look to stay again if the need to travel there happens again.

I enjoyed having access to so many bathrooms, a coffee machine and air fryer. It was a short drive to a wide range of shops and cafes. The nearby patrolled beach was beautiful.
Valentine’s home in Clarkson was exactly as advertised. The home was clean & pristine, and check in was very easy. The home was comfortable and had great, controllable air conditioning for the hot Perth days. The only downsides were: - The water supply cut out twice. Valentine apologized sincerely for this and will follow up with the water supply company. - The showers were a bit finicky. As healthcare workers, we so appreciated the accessible design. However, if the shower heads weren’t aimed carefully, we ran the risk of flooding out into the bedrooms. Just something to be aware of! All in all, we had a very comfortable stay in Clarkson and would recommend anyone stay here. Thank you again, Valentine!
Beautiful home.
We had a pleasant stay at Valentine’s house in Clarkson. The home itself was absolutely spotless upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped for cooking, and the climate control was a lifesaver during the recent hot days. The bathrooms were also very modern and nice, though it’s worth noting the showers tend to splash out quite a bit, so the bathmat gets soaked quickly. Our only real issues were external. The house is located near a major road; during our stay, it sounded a bit like a drag strip with loud traffic noise persisting until about 10:00 PM. Additionally, the front walls are quite thin, so you can hear conversations from the street clearly. Lastly, we had a slightly awkward experience with the cleaners arriving 10 minutes before our scheduled checkout time. It felt a bit unprofessional and rushed, as we were still finishing up. But despite those external factors, it is a lovely, well-maintained home on the inside!
Valentine was super helpful and accomodating to an unforeseen problem with our arrival date. The place is brilliant you located for Mindarie Marina. I would definitely use Valentine again.
