Overall a very good place for stay if we wanted a place near the airport as well as Perth city’s attraction. Most drives are only 20-30 mins away from home (one way) and there are many things for us to do near the area! Place is neat and tidy, owner replied to our message regardless of time to help with our enquiries. We would like to thank you for your 100% response even late at night. Thank you once again for the amazing stay and hospitality!

The home was exceptionally clean and filled with almost everything u need/want at home. All sorts of kitchen appliances, and even a vacuum. Water pressure was great. Hot water readily available. Temperature control was high tech and easy to use. Valentine is such a gracious and responsive host. We had an issue with the dryer, and he came over immediately. Even came back with an alternative solution, since it was the weekend and noone can come down. Will definitely come back if i could. It was a home away from home. Thank u Valentine!

Over from Melbourne for a family wedding. The house was clean and conveniently located close to our family and wedding venues. Valentine was responsive to our requests and very easy to deal with.
This accommodation was adequate for our needs. It was clean, cool in the heat and the kitchen was spacious with excellent appliances.

After landing at midnight from London, I was so pleased to find the Airbnb I'd booked for my family to stay at was such a great place. Whilst I mainly booked the house due to it being close to family in Hocking, it was such a treat to walk into a very modern and very clean space with access to washer and dryer and a kitchen fully loaded with appliances. The host Valentine was very helpful coordinating for my parents to check-in ahead of me, ensuring we were given the best rooms possible for our stay and even provided handy items for my baby so we didn't have to lug things like cots and baby baths halfway round the world. Unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the cinema room as mostly fussing over baby but hope to come back and stay in the future, my parents were also very impressed given what we'd pay if we went somewhere like Quest apartments and suspect they'll want to use again when visiting family.
My stay at Valentines place was one of my best Airbnb experiences. The house itself was great, with heaps of space, a home theatre and the whole place was very well supplied with utensils/cookware/spices etc. Valentine was also a great host and quick to respond when needed!

Was a perfect spot for us family of 4 from nz , visiting my brothers family . Beautiful clean and tidy. The only thing we could fault would be no hand soap in bathroom basins... Would most definitely book again!

Had a lovely staycation with a few friends. Highly recommend booking this home.
We loved our stay here. the place had so much space for the kids to play. A cinema room!! Beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was full of gadgets to use so handy! Note that the outside of the property has cameras all round so probably not somewhere you would sunbathe, but on the plus side helps you feel safe at night. The closest beach mullaloo is incredible we even saw dolphins there. The property is perfect distance from everything. Great stay thank you
